Calluna Events 5 year Anniversary Party

Last Friday night was the Calluna Event's 5 year Anniversary Party. We at Bella Fiori are so excited for Heather and her accomplishments. She is a wonderful person and we only wish the best for her!
She invited Bella Fiori to create a fantasy table for her event. Here are a few of my shots from the event. I'm sure we'll get a few professional shots up later this week.

We used rolled black ti leaves to create the structure and nestled purple lisianthus, plum dianthus, sterling silver roses and fuchsia Phalaenopsis orchids throughout.

Good morning fellow flower lovers!
I'm looking out my window on this Monday morning at more snow .. a lovely carpet of white snow.
All this snow is making me think of spring flowers and thought I'd post a few for our viewing pleasure. :)

I love this particular bouquet, it was created a few years ago for a lovely couple. Their wedding took place in Estes Park. The bouquet has clematis which I ordered from a farm in Healdsburg, CA - a winery near my family's home. The roses were brought in from Santa Barbara, CA - garden roses grow wonderfully along the coast of central CA. I added Calladium and scented geranium leaves.


Another one of my favorites:

This lovely handtied contained burgundy garden roses, green cymbidiums, pink sweetpeas and pink calla lilies.


This bouquet had anemones, lisianthus and roses with a type of dusty miller. Very soft and romantic looking.


Here is a very spring inspired bouquet, it is created with gerber daisies, daffodils, iris, buplerm, stock, roses and freesia.


PEONIES! One of the most asked for beauties! This bouquet has three tones of pink peonies with mint. LOVELY!

Today is the perfect day to feature Heather Dwight of Calluna Events. Why? Well, today Heather is hosting a party in Boulder to celebrate Calluna's 5 Year Anniversary. Congratulations to Heather & Calluna Events!
I'm very excited to be displaying a fantasy table at her anniversary party - I'll post photos of the table on Monday. I have to say - it's awesome! I'm so excited to share my fantasy table tonight.
I first met Heather when we were working on the International ABC Conference which took place at The Broadmoor in 2006. Soon we were working on weddings together at Phipps Mansion, St. Julien, The Oxford Hotel and Beano's Cabin, etc.
Our combined work has been featured on Style Me Pretty.
Heather is a wonderful, easy going and very professional wedding planner. I would highly recommend her and her team!

Classes are held at our design studio:

Tuition fee is $150.00 per person, per class. Tuition includes tax, all materials & light refreshments.

These hands-on classes will be taught by Alicia Schwede, Bella Fiori’s owner and lead designer. Sarah Day will be assisting.
Alicia has 10+ years in the floral design industry and has owned Bella Fiori for over 5 years. Bella Fiori has been featured in numerous magazines and on websites. Both Alicia and Sarah have trained with some of the top floral design professionals in the USA and abroad.
