Spring has Sprung

Spring is showing it's pretty self here in Northern California and I'm enjoying every minute of it! At the moment it is raining, I love the sound of the rain and knowing the grass will be turning greener!!

Here's a gorgeous spring inspired centerpiece that I designed in a rectangular wood box. The arrangement is filled with hot pink ranunculus, pink poppies, succulents and maiden hair fern from my new cutting garden, pink sweet peas, peach ranunculus, bunny tails, parrot tulips and jasmine from San Francisco Flower Market.

Emily and Ryan's wedding has been featured on Paper Moon Weddings!

Emily carried a beautiful bouquet of Juliet garden roses, blushing bride protea, cafe au lait dahlias, dusty miller, peach hypericum berries and cream spray roses.

I love this photo of Emily, she is glancing over at her mother as she walks down the aisle. Lovely family, so glad I was able to work with them and design their wedding flowers!

Hello from California!

The past 11 years I have lived in Colorado, 11 years filled with great adventures, fabulous friends and a busy business. Now my husband and I have relocated to Northern California where we are looking forward to getting settled and enjoying ourselves with new adventures. For me it is a return home as I grew up in Northern California, and I am very happy to be back.

I'm excited to start designing events in Northern California; perhaps a wedding on the Mendocino Coast? Soiree at a winery in Calistoga? There are so many stunning locations & I can hardly wait to flower them up!

I am currently booking events for the 2013 season with a focus on events taking place in Napa, Sonoma, Mendocino and Marin Counties.
