We had a lovely wedding on New Year's Eve which took place at Grand Hyatt's Pinnacle Ballroom.
"The Pinnacle Club
Colorado's premier banquet space is now open to host your affair through the Grand Hyatt Denver. This lofty 38th floor perch, with its floor–to-ceiling windows, provides optimal views of downtown Denver's skyline, the Rocky Mountains, and Pikes Peak more than 100 miles away!"
Imagine the views from this great ballroom during the evening hours of New Years! I heard the views of the fireworks were amazing!
The theme was winter white. We used very few fresh flowers for the reception. Only a few white orchids were used during the cocktail hour where we decorated martini glasses with a light, California crystals and the orchid.
Then the guests entered the grand ballroom which was decorated with white table linens and chair covers with a subtle silver overlay. We decorated the tables with great mosiac white and silver vases filled with winter white branches and fun beads around the base of the branches.
Not pictured are the personal flowers. Emily carried a handtied bouquet of black magic roses with a petite collar of evergreens. The bridesmaids carried handtied bouquets of polo roses with collars of seeded eucalyptus and evergreens. The mothers carried petite versions of the bridesmaids' bouquets.
Michelle Gillette of Dramatic Events was the wedding planner for this fabulous New Year's Eve wedding.
