Flower Inspiration :: Ten Mile Station

I experienced a new to me event site this past month - Ten Mile Station in Breckenridge. Yes, hard to believe but it was my first wedding at this location. Wow - it's a great place for a wedding celebration! Beautiful views everywhere you look. Plus, the lodge is fun, rustic, mountainy but without looking like the typical ski lodge. Plus, the staff was super fun to work with!
I also had the pleasure of working with Julie Gambrell and Jared Wilson. Jared was kind enough to send me a CD with photos from Carrie's wedding. Here are some lovely photos:

I have a new habit, well perhaps it's been a developing habit over the past two years... the habit is being addicted to blogs! I love wedding design blogs. I read them on constantly, if I'm waiting in line I'll pull up a blog on my iPhone. (I don't think I'm the only person with this habit??)

Flower Inspiration :: Luscious Lemons

Lemons and cheery yellow flowers were the theme for Chris & Stacie's wedding at The Inn at Cherry Creek.
Here's our altar pieces, acacia, callas, hydrangea, garden roses, hypericum berries, Asiatic lilies:


The centerpieces had the vases lined with sliced lemons and arrangements full of hydrangea, calla lilies, Asiatic lilies, acacia and garden roses:
